Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
1. You agree:
Comments submitted must be relevant to the Project;
That you will not post comments or take any action that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law; and
That you will not use the Community Mapping Tool to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory.
2. You agree to indemnify the City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters (Council) and Social Pinpoint for any loss, costs, or damages, arising from or relating in any way, to your use, reliance, or acceptance of information or other content on this website.
3. You agree to release the City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters (Council) and Social Pinpoint from and against all actions, proceedings, suits, claims, demands, compensation, interest, damages, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever in relation to your use of the Community Mapping Tool.
4. You agree to give the right to review, edit, modify, publish or decline publication of your comments and also agree that comments submitted may be visible for all other users of the Community Mapping Tool.
5. You agree that copyright in the content data submitted and displayed on the Community Mapping Tool is owned by the City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters (Council).

Definitions
1. "Social Pinpoint" means Social Pinpoint Pty Ltd, its agents or assigns.
2. “Community Mapping Tool” means the features and services made available through this website.
3. “Comment” or “Comments” means anything you or others post on the Community Mapping Tool.
4. "Law" means the law of South Australia.
Using this interactive map you can provide your views on traffic and safety issues within Glynde, Payneham, Payneham South, Firle, Trinity Gardens and St Morris.
The study will consider your comments as well as evidence-based speed and volume data, to develop a traffic management strategy.
This will enable the Council to improve the safety and liveability of the local street network in a strategic and prioritised program.
To get started, drag the most relevant icon (Traffic, Cycling , Walking or Public Transport) to the location you wish to comment on or use the search tool to go to a specific address. A dialogue box will open to provide your comment. Please keep your comment as specific as possible.
You can upload a photograph or image if you wish. In order to submit your comment, you must review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the survey.
See the "HOW TO USE" tab to the left at any time for more detailed instructions on how to navigate the map and add your comments.
You can click on a icon on the map to read someone else's comment. You can select the “Like” or “Dislike” symbols, or "Start a Discussion" to provide your views on other comments. If someone else has already said what you would like to have said about that location please "Like" their comment, or click "Start a Discussion" and comment that you agree with the original comment.
